## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Fulfilment (Business Development) to drive topline growth and develop business opportunities in fulfilment services.

Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth based on internal and external leads aligned to fulfilment sales targets

- Engage with clients to understand their fulfilment requirements and work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions

- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, and Project teams to close funnels

- Plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development programs for existing and new customers

- Conduct complex commercial negotiations with clients, including cross-selling products

- Prepare presentations for customers and negotiate contracts with the legal team

- Provide sales activity updates for management review

- Handle inquiries and perform related duties, including ad hoc and fulfilment-related tasks

- Gain market insights to penetrate new fulfilment business opportunities

Requirements:

- At least a degree/diploma in any field

- 1-2 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, and marketing

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Experience in eCommerce logistics market

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- Fluency in English
