## Description

As a Sales Manager at NEXT's Douglas store on the Isle of Man, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.

The role involves:

- Supporting the store management team across all product areas and running the store when needed

- Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team to perform at their best

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication at all times

You will have:

- Exceptional commercial understanding and the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience

- Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team

- Great communication skills and the ability to work at all levels

- The ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, and generate innovative ideas

- Confidence when dealing with people issues and multitasking

The role is part-time, with shifts including Tuesday 08:45 - 17:30, Wednesday 09:00 - 13:45, and Saturday 08:45 - 17:30.
