## Description

GSK is seeking a SRM Portfolio Business Partner to provide cross-portfolio strategic insight into resource allocation and constraints. The successful candidate will partner with the R&D wide organization to provide portfolio-wide visibility of demand vs capacity data, surface constraints proactively, and model scenarios to mitigate gaps.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a single, trusted, portfolio-wide view of FTE resource and capacity data

- Partner with senior stakeholders to align strategic priorities to resource plans

- Surface constraints proactively and model scenarios to mitigate gaps

- Broker trade-offs to align FTE resources to top-priority projects

- Inform governance decisions with headcount/capacity insights

- Champion the adoption of AI and analytics tools

Qualifications/Skills:

- Strong understanding of the industry

- Extensive experience in R&D with relevant experience of implementing a global resource management framework

- Experience linking resources and financial with portfolio management

- Previous matrix team experience is essential, line management experience preferred

- Proven leader able to motivate staff to consistently deliver performance objectives

- Self-directed and highly motivated

- Highest standard of data integrity, compliance, and quality mindset

Work Location: This role is based at GSK HQ, London and offers a hybrid working model, combining on-site and remote work.
