## Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team in Ireland. As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and leading employee relations, colleague listening, and business change strategies and plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with Unions to create a proactive partnership that delivers business benefit and positive colleague engagement

- Working closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver toolkits, training interventions, and upskilling strategies that raise line manager ER capability and confidence

- Providing expert employee relations advice and input into business change programmes

- Developing and simplifying ROI people policies and processes to ensure they are legal, competitive, practical, and meet future business needs

- Partnering with subject matter experts to ensure policy-related system change requirements and dependencies are fully understood

- Monitoring and interpreting changes to ROI employment legislation and undertaking external benchmarking to ensure M&S remains compliant and a best practice employer

- Leading projects and acting as the ROI's subject matter expert on policy, employee relations, and colleague engagement and listening matters

- Managing and providing expertise to line managers on complex casework

- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback, designing and developing metrics, and incorporating insights and learning

- Creating and maintaining effective working relationships with M&S's UK Policy and ER specialists and other UK CoEs

- Working effectively with the rest of the Ireland People Team to contribute ideas and expertise and act as a fully participative team member
