## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic and independent brand ambassador program, promoting the Red Bull brand and products at your university and in your region.

The Student Marketeer program aims to reach new consumers, engage and energize university students, increase sales, and authentically represent the Red Bull brand on campus.

Your role will involve building direct relationships with consumers and customers, encouraging them to try Red Bull products, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be the brand and product ambassador, representing Red Bull's personality and values in daily interactions with consumers and customers

- Expand the user base by introducing Red Bull products to new consumers in the right place and time

- Develop and implement a personalized, innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life

- Build strong relationships and networks with local key players

- Increase brand commitment through authentic content on social media platforms

- Work at Red Bull and supported events to provide unforgettable brand experiences

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure Red Bull is visible and available at sales points

- Help open new sales points on and off the university campus

- Utilize relevant tools and opportunities connected to the Red Bull world

**Requirements:**

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and product

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and open personality

- Active participation in student life with a good understanding of the university environment, city, and region

- Easily approachable and sociable personality able to connect with diverse people

- Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit with high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work with studies, ideally available evenings and weekends

- Interest in acquiring and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Connections with influential student groups and individuals on campus

- Valid driver's license

- Availability for evening and weekend work

- Active university student status (applications only accepted from students at the listed university)

- Confident English language skills
