## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Coventry Arena, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work part-time on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00-18:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store
