Join our team as a Physical Therapist, Home Health in Preston, MN. We offer a rewarding career opportunity with a competitive salary range of $37.50 - $62.00 per hour. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organise and deliver physical therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.

Your responsibilities will include conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease. You will utilise tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards and document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation.
