Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Brand Experts to join the team. As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands.

You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business. You will need to be sales-driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Building and maintaining a book of clients to encourage replenishment and book appointments

- Embracing teamwork with a collaborative spirit

- Championing world-class artistry and delivering an impeccable customer experience

- Maintaining company grooming standards and presenting a polished, professional appearance

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to contribute to its growth

- Experience in makeup application with the ability to tailor style to various customer needs

- Positive, energetic, and limitless thinking
