We're offering a 10-week internship with a starting salary of £31,000 pro rata, plus a £500 joining bonus to support with moving and hybrid working.

As an MBA intern at Rolls-Royce, you'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills to make a real impact. You'll have the chance to be placed in any function across the business, working on exciting initiatives that keep Rolls-Royce at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Work on exciting initiatives across the business

- Develop new skills through digital learning and on-the-job training

- Build a wealth of new skills with the help of industry experts

- Contribute to solving challenges that impact various areas of the operation

Requirements:

- Current full-time MBA university student

- Open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile

- Willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations
