The Scoops Research team plays a key role in researching, verifying, publishing, and improving on ZoomInfo's best-in-class B2B data product offerings. We are currently looking for a Scoops Research Specialist I to join the team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a foundational understanding of how ZoomInfo's data product and Scoops workflow works. Gain a deeper expertise in specific focus areas relevant to your role.

- Utilize online resources and internal support tools to gather information relevant to Go To Market (GTM) audiences.

- Review content for relevance and apply rigorous quality control to protect ZoomInfo's reputation for data excellence.

- Accurate and timely input of collected data into ZoomInfo's system using various internal tools.

- Undertake various research projects as assigned.

Requirements:

- Associate's degree in areas of market research, applied social sciences, economics, business or related field, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.

- Some experience in data processing or market research function, focus on secondary research a plus.

- Computer and research skills; beginner skills in Google Sheets / Excel.

- Attention to details; ability to detect minor errors in data and make good decisions in ambiguous situations.

- Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated and passionate to grow with the team.
