We are seeking a Manager of Insurance Experts IDF to join our team in Paris. As a manager, you will lead and develop a team of 10 to 12 experts. You will be directly reporting to the regional director IDF-Paris and have the opportunity to join a dynamic and welcoming team.

Your main mission will be focused on two key areas:

**Team Management**

- Lead and motivate your team of experts

- Contribute to growth, particularly in your area of activity

- Manage the career development of experts in your team

- Monitor the productivity of experts in your unit

- Manage your KPIs

**Personal Production**

- Work with your dedicated assistant

- Conduct your own expertise missions after losses

- Write expertise reports on behalf of our clients

**Your Profile**

- Ideally, you have an engineering background

- You hold a TEA or EEA certification

- Your hands-on experience allows you to understand high-stakes IARD/DAB claims, as well as the legal rules related to insurance contracts and compensation mechanisms for these expertise
