### Product Director, Modelling Solutions

We're seeking a Product Director to lead our Modelling Solutions team at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider. You'll drive the development of a platform that enables the distribution, hosting, and risk management of third-party models.

### About the Role

LSEG's Modelling Solutions business has three main pillars: Model Distribution, Model Hosting, and AI Model Risk Management. Your goal will be to build the infrastructure that allows model providers to reach clients through LSEG's channels. This involves creating a systematic mechanism for onboarding third-party models into our APIs, Excel integrations, and workflows.

### Responsibilities

- Build the infrastructure for onboarding third-party models into LSEG's APIs, Excel integrations, and workflows, including standardized interfaces, entitlements, versioning, metering, and onboarding tooling.

- Own the roadmap across the three pillars: Model Distribution, Model Hosting, and AI Model Risk Management. This includes discovery with providers and institutional buyers, prioritization against engineering constraints, and sequencing calls between Distribution, Hosting, and MRM-AI.

- Partner with commercial and client coverage teams to drive demand-side growth, building the product that makes the pitch land, and jointly owning the success of the proposition.

- Lead and grow a team of product managers.

### Qualifications

#### Required

- 10+ years of product experience, with a track record of building new products.

- Platform or integrations product experience, including APIs, developer-facing surfaces, third-party integration, or channel delivery.

- Financial services experience, understanding how institutions buy and how risk and procurement gate a purchase.

- Experience leading and growing a team of product managers.

#### Strongly Preferred

- Marketplace, data marketplace, or multi-provider platform experience.

- Fluency with quantitative models, ML/AI systems, or model risk management.

### Career Stage
