## Description

Syneos Health, a top life sciences services organization, is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst (Contract to Cash) to optimize and support financial systems, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.

**Job Responsibilities:**

The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between Finance, IT, and other business units, providing technical expertise, process improvements, and system enhancements to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements

- Translating business needs into functional designs, recommending Oracle Cloud features to improve efficiency

- Configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud applications, working with technical teams for integrations and data migration

- Performing testing and validation to ensure solutions meet specifications and business needs

- Developing training materials, conducting sessions, and maintaining documentation

- Resolving functional issues, troubleshooting integrations, and supporting updates

- Championing SaaS best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance

**Requirements:**

- 4-6 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion area

- 8-10 years of overall work experience in related fields

- Deep understanding of core financial/projects modules – Receivables (AR), PPM (Projects Portfolio Management)

- Experience with SLA rules, workflow, and BPM

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

- Experience with full implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support)

- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)

**Location and Schedule:**

- Hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days a week in Hyderabad, India office space

- Work shift: 2 pm-11 pm IST
