## Description

As a Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility Consultant at Ubisoft, you will play a key role in finding, attracting, evaluating, and selecting top external and internal talent for the organisation. You will also facilitate career growth and development opportunities for employees within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop recruitment strategies and selection processes to meet the hiring needs of all studios in the region.

- Support and guide managers in responding to their recruitment needs, acting as a trusted advisor in talent selection.

- Accompany candidates and employees throughout the selection process, documenting interactions, follow-ups, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

- Talent mapping: In-depth knowledge of the organisation's talent pool and skills to match internal candidates with job openings.

- Evaluation and selection of candidates: Ability to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience to determine suitability for specific roles.

- Organisational knowledge: Deep understanding of the company's structure, departments, functions, and roles.

- Negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate compensation and job offers to attract top candidates while ensuring internal equity.

- Feedback management: Provide constructive feedback to candidates and employees in a professional manner.
