## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our Outpatient team at Levine Cancer Institute Morehead. As a Physical Therapist I, you will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve their functional goals.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients and create personalised care plans

- Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, and patient interactions

- Establish functional goals with patients and provide evidence-based interventions

- Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans

- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff

- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Techs/Aides as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Certified Lymphedema therapist and outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

Work Environment:

- Fast-paced clinical environment

- Primarily indoors, occasionally outdoors

- Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting patients or equipment, and manual therapy
