## Description

We at Linklaters are looking for a curious-minded and passionate Paralegal to join our Banking team. As a Paralegal, your primary role will be to provide dedicated matter support to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the client's satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide global matter support on Banking transactions and advisory matters

- Assist on specific projects requiring legal training and knowledge, including drafting, due diligence, verification, bible preparation, and deal closings

- Administer IT solutions aligned to the requirements of the practice, including virtual data rooms and extranet/intranet sites

- To succeed in this role, you should be competent, eager to see tasks through to completion, and have gravitas to work effectively with the Banking team at all levels.

**Key Requirements:**

- Diploma in Legal Studies/Degree in Law

- Prior banking paralegal experience would be a plus

- Highly robust with an eye for attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Self-motivated and a good team player
