Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even in a high-pressure environment

- Working flexibly to meet the needs of the business and our customers

- Contributing to a positive store environment and supporting your colleagues

As a Customer Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, operating in a high-demand setting, and will be required to be digitally confident.

**Work Pattern:** Sunday: 10:30-16:30 Thursday: 10:00-18:00 Friday: 10:00-18:00 Saturday: 10:00-18:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
