Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Wigan Robin Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, and drive sales growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey

- Maintaining a deep understanding of M&S Food products, making recommendations, and confidently selling our newest offerings

- Utilising digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and drive sales

- Adapting to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store, and contributing to a positive team environment

- Meeting strong customer demand, particularly during peak periods, including the busy Christmas season

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, driving growth in sales and serving as a brand ambassador for M&S. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during certain periods.
