## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage your understanding of the business and integrate that into sound sourcing efforts, specializing in graphic design to preserve the unique employer brand.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies

- Leverage understanding of the business and integrate that into sound sourcing efforts

- Specialize in graphic design to preserve the unique employer brand

- Ensure hiring requirements are delivered

Requirements:

- Two years of experience in sourcing, recruitment marketing

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent

- Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Experience in events coordination and database management
