## Description

We are seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our Estates and Facilities Team in Dartford. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in line with New NHS Cleaning Guidelines.

**Main duties of the job:**

- Complete daily shift plan to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met

- Conduct weekly departmental performance monitoring

- Maintain a patient-focused service across clinical areas

- Undertake general cleaning and related domestic tasks to a high standard

- Work as part of the Hotel Services team with ward managers on cleaning and hygiene

- Ensure waste disposal in accordance with Trust policy and Health and Safety standards

- Remove rubbish to designated collection points

**Requirements:**

- Previous cleaning experience

- Basic knowledge of National Cleaning Standards

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work without direct supervision
