Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work in a high-pressure environment, delivering five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation we're driving.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remarkable service to customers

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment

Hours of work:

- Tuesday 09:00-13:00

- Thursday 08:00-12:00

- Saturday 09:00-13:00

- Sunday 10:00-14:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
