## Description

As the Emerging Talent Lead for UK & EMEA, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of Anduril's UK & EMEA early-career pipelines. You will design and run world-class programs across three primary pillars: Apprenticeships, Internships, and New Graduate Programs.

This is a highly visible, high-agency role. You will act as the bridge between our global talent team in the US and our expanding UK business. You will be responsible for creating an emerging talent ecosystem in the UK that matches the elite caliber of our US programs, while tailoring it to local market dynamics, academic schedules, and critical defense-sector requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- End-to-End Program Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the UK/EMEA intern and new grad experience, including onboarding, manager enablement, social/educational events, mid-point reviews, and the final conversion-to-FTE process.

- Scale & Standardization: Design, launch, and scale playbook resources (onboarding kits, manager guides, project templates) to support high-volume hiring.

- Performance & Feedback: Implement robust feedback loops using tools like CultureAmp to measure program success, presenting actionable data and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Community Building: Keep converted candidates engaged post-program through structured events, quarterly campaigns, and continuous touchpoints.

Additionally, you will be responsible for launching and managing Anduril UK's first-ever formal Apprenticeship Scheme to address local skills shortages and build pathways for individuals from diverse/disadvantaged backgrounds.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in early-careers recruitment, university relations, or talent program management (experience in tech or defense sectors is a plus).

You will also need to have a solid understanding of UK apprenticeship frameworks, standards, and levy management, as well as experience leveraging ATS platforms (Greenhouse), survey tools (CultureAmp), and analytics to measure program efficacy and deliver executive-level reports.

If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing early-career talent, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
