Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Gateway M40 Banbury. As a frontline role, you'll provide five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent service

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Hours:

- Sunday: 20:30 - 04:00

- Monday: 21:30 - 05:00

- Tuesday: 21:30 - 05:00

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
