## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Cheadle, Cheshire. As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Be ready to help customers wherever they need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling our products

- Use and embrace digital tools to enhance customer experience

- Help organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean, and well-presented

- Build your knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to make helpful recommendations to customers
