## Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Worker to join our team at Target. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain facility.

**Job Summary:** You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Following all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attending safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests

- Ensuring accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests

- Working safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse

- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

- Reporting to work on time and completing job tasks as assigned accurately and on time

- Engaging in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

**Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift

- Ability to push utility carts up to 60 lbs., use carts, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items

- Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts

- Working at a height of up to 40 ft. on a mezzanine (where applicable)

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)

- Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

- Ability to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Ability to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift)

- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 ft. where applicable

- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions

**Pay Information:** The pay range for this role is $21.85 to $25.02 per hour. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
