## Description

Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for customers as a Program Analyst at GDIT. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an organized team to keep the mission running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

- Coordinate with team members to provide enterprise support as needed.

- Interact with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.

- Act as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.

- Provide out-processing support for employees leaving the site.

- May perform business development activities.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years program analysis experience.

- BA/BS or related years of experience.

- Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

- Skilled on VISA, SOFA and TESA requirements.

- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient with MS Office Suite – specifically Excel.

- Knowledge of SharePoint desired.
