## Description

SEEK is looking for a Recruitment Innovation Lead to join its Commercial Growth – Adjacent Revenue team within the Pay-Per-Hire business.

As a delivery-first operator, you will own end-to-end hiring outcomes on complex, high-impact roles, meet clear SLAs for hirer and candidate communication, and follow process with the discipline needed to make experiments trustworthy.

Key responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end hiring outcomes for allocated roles , from brief through to placement, meeting defined SLAs at every stage

- Proactively reach out to hirers and candidates within agreed timeframes, providing timely updates and resolving issues early to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience

- Follow all process steps with precision , accurate recordkeeping, disciplined test-and-control compliance and clean data are non-negotiable KPIs that make experiments reliable

- Run structured experiments on recruiter process flows , document what you try, capture what you learn and share clear, actionable insights with product and growth teams for further refinement or automation

- Lead or co-lead innovation initiatives in collaboration with product, growth and operations, helping distinguish good ideas from scalable solutions

- Coach and mentor Recruitment Innovation Specialists, supporting onboarding, skill development and adoption of new tools and workflows

- Contribute to scalable playbooks by documenting best practices, refining standard operating procedures and helping others navigate change

The successful candidate will have:

- Experience in the employment or recruitment industry

- Demonstrated high-ownership experience , balancing delivery excellence with continuous process improvement

- Proven track record of meeting SLAs and compliance standards in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Comfortable working across multiple systems and workflows, with willingness to learn and use AI-enabled and automated tooling

- Strong data discipline , keeps records clean, follows process carefully and can help design, run and interpret structured experiments
