## Description

The MSc Programs Office at HKUST Business School is seeking a highly qualified Manager to oversee one of its MSc programs. The successful candidate will report to both the Academic Director and MSc Program Director and be responsible for managing all aspects of the program.

Key responsibilities include:

- Academic Management: course planning, class scheduling, organization of enrichment activities and consultancy projects, and ensuring a smooth teaching experience.

- Student/Alumni Management: managing student dynamics, organizing enrichment events, driving student development opportunities, and fostering ties with the alumni community.

- Student Recruitment: managing the student selection, interview, and admissions process to recruit high-caliber students with international diversity.

- Academic Partner/Corporate Partner Relations: managing relations with academic and corporate partners for collaborations and accreditations.

- Program Operations: managing a small team to ensure the smooth running of the program and handling ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree, preferably in business disciplines.

- At least 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in program administration and/or the education sector.

- A growth mindset, self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, presentation skills, and coordination skills.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Supervisory experience of a small team would be an advantage.

The appointment is for 2 years, renewable. The starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
