## Description

Join a nationally recognized health system dedicated to helping people live the healthiest lives possible. As a Urologist with Intermountain Health, you'll work in a collaborative and patient-focused team, delivering exceptional care in a well-established adult urology practice.

**Responsibilities:**

- Practice at Alta View Clinic Urology

- 2 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR (option to add a fifth day)

- Patient volume: 16–30 patients/day depending on visit type

**Requirements:**

- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology

- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

- U.S. ACGME Residency

- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
