## Description

The Musketeer represents Red Bull in their area, gaining customers' confidence, securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at point of sale (POS), and driving continuous volume growth.

**Responsibilities:**

- Live the Red Bull On Premise culture and create "kindred spirits"

- Be a credible and knowledgeable person in the On Premise, demonstrating expertise and leveraging brand properties

- Engage key consumers through innovative activations that differentiate Red Bull from other drinks

- Take responsibility for personal development and growth as a Musketeer

- Communicate effectively with customers, transferring On Premise know-how and Red Bull culture

- Collaborate with other Musketeers and the Area Manager

- Develop industry relationships with DJs, promoters, and endemic magazines to drive business-building initiatives

- Ensure availability and premium High 5 execution around 3rd party and Red Bull events

- Negotiate and execute creative elements that drive Red Bull's brand image

- Attend key events and organize incentives for customers

- Grow and protect On Premise accounts in the region, analyzing territory and account-specific business to find opportunities

- Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in the territory

- Identify, care for, and develop local and regional On Premise accounts

- Set volume goals and review business volume and initiatives regularly

- Optimize OP Tools, negotiate commercial partnerships, and manage the local On Premise budget

- Perform market research, observing competitor activities and identifying new opportunities

**Requirements:**

- Graduate in any stream

- 1+ year of experience in a sales position with a strong track record of success

- Good communication and negotiation skills, basic understanding of commercial maths

- Proficient in EDV (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and basic knowledge of written and spoken English

- Solution-oriented and "Do-it-now" attitude, strong personality, presence, and work ethic
