## Description

We are seeking a Total Rewards System Analyst to join our HR technology team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday, as well as supporting the implementation and maintenance of future SaaS solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Configure, integrate, and optimize SaaS-based Total Reward HR systems such as Workday in collaboration with IT, Payroll, and external vendors.

- Develop, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements to support system enhancements.

- Conduct system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing, and validate post-deployment changes.

- Collaborate with functional teams to assess business needs and recommend effective technology solutions.

- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives and assist in planning the HR technology roadmap.

- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance HR processes using workflow tools and emerging technologies.

- Monitor platform updates and propose adoption strategies to improve system functionality and user experience.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.

- Direct experience deploying and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems.

- Familiarity with AI-based HR tools and enterprise ticketing/change management systems.

- Proficient in configuring and maintaining SaaS-based HR systems.

- Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and compliance requirements.
