## Description

We are seeking a Distributor Sales Adana District Executive - Industrial to join our team.

As a leading global supplier of innovative lubrication solutions, FUCHS plays a vital role in enabling industries to operate efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with current distributors to drive business expansion in the Çukurova region.

### Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, and Materials engineering preferred)

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales role

- Excellent command of written and verbal English

- Proficiency in MS Office programs

- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting

- High energy levels, creative, team-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven

- Ability to travel without restrictions

- Resident in Adana

### Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with distributors to expand business in the Çukurova region

- Analyze customer expectations to provide suitable products, services, and solutions through indirect sales channels

- Increase regional sales and gross profitability in line with market perception and company forecasts

- Implement value-added sales techniques to motivate distributor sales and technical service teams

- Gather market trend information to inform business strategies

- Generate regular reports, including weekly activity, visit plans, and collection reports, as well as monthly sales plans
