## Description

We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress (Host) to join our team at Richmond Villages Wood Norton in Evesham.

As a Waiter/Waitress (Host), you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive dignified, personalized attention during mealtimes, promoting social interaction and contributing to their overall well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

- Set up tables in the restaurant and café

- Serve in the restaurant and café at mealtimes

- Prepare trays and provide room service to village residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals

- Serve drinks at the bar as required (applicable to applicants over 18 years old)

- Ensure the restaurant and café are tidy and meet high standards

- Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times

- Support other areas as required, such as serving meals to or removing trays from resident's rooms, restocking resident's personal kitchens, or delivering refreshments to other locations in the village

**Key Skills / Qualifications:**

- A person who cares deeply for others and is driven to make a significant impact on people's lives

- Background in customer service, potentially some experience in catering or kitchen roles (though not essential, as training is provided)

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a tight-knit team setting, engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds
