As a Lead AI Solution Engineer, you will be a specialist presales role that speaks credibly to technical and business buyers about AI value, architects and demos AI solutions on top of Freshservice, and helps customers get those solutions live post-sale.

**Responsibilities**

- Own the technical narrative for AI/Freddy across strategic and competitive deals

- Design and deliver tailored AI proofs-of-concept and demos

- Lead technical discovery specifically for AI use cases

- Lead internal projects that improve Solution Engineering efficiency and productivity

- Partner with Account Executives and core Solution Engineers as the AI overlay specialist

- Support deal-winning activities end to end

- Bridge presales to delivery

- Build and maintain a library of reusable AI demo environments

- Track competitive AI positioning

- Represent customer and field feedback on AI features and gaps

- Mentor and enable other SEs on AI positioning

**Qualifications**

- 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Technical Presales

- Strong AI fundamentals

- Hands-on experience deploying or configuring AI/LLM-based solutions

- Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments

- Excellent executive presence and communication skills

**Nice to Have**

- Prior experience with Freddy AI, Agent Studio, or Freshworks products

- Experience with ITAM/discovery tooling

- Exposure to AI governance conversations
