## Description

Brainlabs is the media agency built to answer one question: what's actually driving profit?

Founded in 2012 by Daniel Gilbert, we were built by engineers before we were a media agency. Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbers across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.

**Role:** We're building agentic media planning at Brainlabs. This role owns how it works. You'll own the underlying process, contribute to refining it over time, and support the 3rd party integrations that power it. You will be responsible for the bridge between our planners and the media our agents run on. This is not about delivering campaigns, this is refining and running the processes and tech that does.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own the end-to-end media planning process across national and local, digital and offline

- Document, refine, and continuously improve how planning gets done at Brainlabs

- Own the technical integrations behind the process including APIs, data feeds, and connections to media planning data and tech providers

- Partner with product and engineering to spec, build, and ship tooling that supports the workflow

- Translate planner needs into clear technical requirements

- Validate that automated outputs match what an experienced planner would produce

- Manage delivery across multiple stakeholders and deadlines

**Requirements:**

- Deep tactical media planning experience in the US, national and local

- First-hand planning and buying experience across the full integrated mix, digital and offline

- Strong existing relationships with US media planning data, research, and technology providers

- Hands-on experience with APIs and automated workflows

- Proven project management skills across complex programs

- A process mindset. You see workflows, gaps, and the right place to put automation

**Preferred Experience:**

- Experience contributing to internal tool or application development

- Familiarity with agentic AI workflows or LLM-based tooling

**What happens next:** We know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you. We also want to ensure that this position is the best fit for both you and us. Therefore, you will participate in a comprehensive interview process that includes skills interviews with our team. The goal of this process is to allow you to get to know us as we learn more about you.

**Current position range:** $150,000-$195,000 USD
