## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 06:00 to 10:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell new food products, and ensure customers feel valued.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team

- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment
