## Description

As a Senior Manager, Finance Strategic Projects, you will serve as the operational backbone for Anthropic's global Finance organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide hands-on operational leadership, design and implement operational processes, and drive alignment and execution of key initiatives across global Finance teams.

Key responsibilities include providing critical business intelligence, consolidating data from multiple channels and systems, and establishing clear rhythms for leadership attention and resource allocation. You will also lead prioritization and orchestration of CFO engagement with internal executive stakeholders, the Board, investors, and external partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, exceptional operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders. You will also need to possess a strong foundation in finance or a highly analytical discipline, with an understanding of how Finance organizations operate end-to-end.

In addition, you will be expected to champion and drive the Finance organization's continued adoption of Claude, identifying and leading new opportunities to integrate Claude deeper into daily workflows across FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Finance Systems.

If you have 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Operations, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth technology companies, and bring a strong foundation in finance or a highly analytical discipline, you may be a good fit for this role.
