## Description

This job involves leading functional projects and programs, partnering with others to analyze business trends, and recommending best practices. As a Manager, Sales Development, you will contribute to business or process improvements within the function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across the SMB customer lifecycle

- Examine, analyze and monitor performance across the end-to-end customer journey

- Lead cross-functional initiatives across the IGM region

- Design and execute go-to-market programs

- Partner closely with local markets to develop a deep understanding of SMB customer needs

- Own the design, implementation, and optimization of vendor operating models

- Manage vendor relationships and performance

- Monitor key business metrics and growth KPIs

- Drive the introduction, adoption, cross-sell, and upsell of new products and solutions

- Develop customer segmentation frameworks

- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in business strategy, commercial management, growth, consulting, business operations, vendor management, or a related field

- Proven experience operating in the B2B space, with a passion for serving SMB customers

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

- Strong commercial acumen, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
