## Description

We are seeking a part-time Data Analyst to join our Data & Insights team at Goodwood. As a Data Analyst, you will support the delivery of reporting and insights across the business, helping teams better understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting and insight requirements

- Analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

- Produce customer insights to support marketing, sales, and commercial decision-making

- Build, analyse, and report on survey results

- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way

- Support the Data & Insights team with ad hoc analysis, report building, and data projects

- Help maintain and improve the accuracy and integrity of key customer data systems

Requirements:

- Prior experience using Power BI and advanced Excel skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

- Strong communication skills and confidence to work with various stakeholders

- Proactive and curious approach with a genuine interest in understanding customers and business performance
