## Description

GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for the Intelligence & Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT) Operator I role. As an IEWPT Operator I, you will deliver small, medium, and large collective training events/exercises in accordance with the established MTC training program. You will also develop intelligence scenarios, support unit commanders' training objectives, and participate in event/exercise lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver collective training events/exercises

- Develop intelligence scenarios and analysis

- Support unit commanders' training objectives

- Develop training methods and materials

- Participate in event/exercise lifecycle management

- Configure systems to meet training requirements

- Develop training environments

- Set up and configure systems, conduct testing and troubleshooting

- Participate in internal AARs

- Certify IAW the Professional Development and Certification Program (PDCP)

- Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

- BA/BS degree, subject immaterial

- Minimum of 2+ years of military training and training support experience

- Hands-on expertise with C2IS and Sim-Stim systems and integration

- Robust knowledge of the Army and Joint Event Life Cycle and planning processes

- Superb presentation and communication skills

- Secret clearance required
