## Description

Language Services Associates is looking for Vietnamese interpreters in the Orange Park, FL area. As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will facilitate language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in various settings.

Responsibilities:

- Provide superior customer service

- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality

- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices

- Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients

- Report on-site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner

- Access to personal or public transport

Qualifications/Experience:

- Full fluency in both English and Vietnamese

- Ability to provide a high level of client service

- 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred

- Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
