We are looking for a Vice President of Growth to join our Americas Growth team, based on-site in New York City. This is a senior new business leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through new logo acquisition, strategic partnerships, and pitch excellence. You will own the full new business lifecycle: from building and activating a prospect pipeline, to leading cross-functional pitch teams, to closing deals that expand our client portfolio. Responsibilities: - Drive new logo acquisition from a defined account short list, building and executing outreach plans to convert target prospects into active opportunities - Lead pitch teams from brief through to close - Monthly communications to intermediaries to maintain engagement and keep Brainlabs top of mind for upcoming reviews - Forge strategic partnerships with complementary platforms, agencies, or brands to expand reach and unlock new revenue streams - Lead and coordinate cross-functional pitch teams, ensuring every presentation is sharp, strategic, and client-centric - Collaborate with leadership to build out a strong USP for Brainlabs' positioning - Work with the marketing team and product leads to develop specific, differentiated value propositions per service line - Contribute to growth team alignment, motivation, and continuously raise the bar on quality and output - Develop and mentor team members to achieve their professional development goals and ensure the organization has the skills to scale effectively - Partner with Marketing to build newsletters, ads, and content targeting new prospects - Attend industry conferences representing Brainlabs and identifying speaking opportunities - Build and maintain a visible presence in the digital marketing and advertising community in the US Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in new business, growth, or business development within a digital media agency or performance marketing environment - Demonstrated track record of winning competitive pitches and closing six- and seven-figure deals - Deep familiarity with the digital media landscape across performance marketing disciplines - Experience building and managing relationships with intermediaries, consultants, and procurement teams - Prior experience managing and mentoring a growth or business development team - Familiarity with HubSpot - Hands-on orientation with AI: uses AI to improve personal workflow and can speak to modern AI-enabled work patterns Skills & Qualities: - Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to command a room and inspire confidence - Direct, clear, and kind communicator who gives honest feedback and holds themselves and others to a high standard - Relentless drive to win paired with the discipline to prioritize the opportunities with the greatest strategic impact - Collaborative mindset with a track record of bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver under pressure - Positive energy that radiates through the team, even during high-intensity pitch periods - Comfort with data-driven decision-making and a test-and-learn approach to growth strategy ## Skills ### Required - new business development - pitch leadership - team development - market presence - AI - HubSpot --- Source: [Apply at job-boards.greenhouse.io](https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/brainlabs/jobs/4944661101?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
