## Description

We are looking for a hardworking, intellectually curious individual to play the role of Senior Technical Specialist to design and implement innovative tech solutions for complex business problems.

**Key Accountabilities:**

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative tech solutions for complex business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality products.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design and development of software solutions.

- Write, test, and maintain high-quality code in programming languages.

- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure robust and scalable software systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality products.

- Drive innovation and excellence in software engineering practices.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of software systems.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Technical Skills – Required:**

- 8+ years of experience in Java, Python, PySpark, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.

- Practical experience using Ab Initio software for data processing.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Ability to understand complex technical issues quickly and assess the impact of change.

- Knowledge of financial markets.

- Familiarity with agile development practices.

- Experience in ETL and data analysis is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Terraform.
