## What you need

- Studium in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Maschinenbau, Wing, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, MINT, Schiffsbau, Energietechnik, Chemie, Fahrzeugtechnik oder ähnliches

- Mindestens drei Semester Studienerfahrung sowie erste relevante Praxiserfahrung

- Immatrikulation oder Gapyear zwischen Bachelor und Master

- Analysefähigkeit sowie konzeptionelle Denkweise

- Strukturierte und professionelle Arbeitsweise

- Eine offene, kommunikative, teamorientierte und empathische Persönlichkeit

- Neugierde, lösungsoffenes Denken und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel

- Sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
