## Description

We are seeking a Senior NMS ServiceNow Software Designer to support a key program in our National Security business segment. The successful candidate will provide expert knowledge of network management systems, operating systems, commercial software, government software, and full integration of toolsets and servers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deploy, administer, develop, and integrate the ServiceNow suite on RHEL and Windows

- Collaborate with database developers on database connectivity, schema, and performance requirements

- Work within Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes to plan, build, test, and deliver ServiceNow features

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow, Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO), GOTS, and other enterprise tools

- Create and maintain technical documentation and support user handoff training

- Monitor application performance and availability, build dashboards/alerts, and proactively remediate issues

- Implement security hardening and compliance controls, support RMF authorization and accreditation

- Support the automation of ServiceNow deployments and related tasks

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and service issues

- Conduct system performance analysis and tuning to optimize configurations and throughput

**Requirements:**

- TS/SCI clearance with poly

- 10 years of experience (combination of work history and education)

- Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2

- 1 year of relevant ServiceNow experience

- Experience working within Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

- CompTIA Network+ or network background equivalent

- Cross-platform and integration experience (Windows, Linux, Juniper, Cisco)
