## Description

As a Supervisor at KPN's Purmerend store, you will lead a team to provide excellent customer experiences and achieve sales results.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Motivating and coaching colleagues to deliver optimal customer interactions

- Contributing to the development of your team's skills through coaching and feedback

- Evaluating daily progress with your cluster manager

- Acting as the first point of contact for complex issues and incidents

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- At least MBO 4 level education

- Strong sales, service, and customer interaction skills

- Leadership and coaching abilities

- The ability to inspire your team to perform optimally

- Good listening and delegation skills

- Availability of at least 36 hours per week
