## Description

Revere Health Gastroenterology is seeking a motivated and qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide direct clinical services, including examining patients, compiling medical data, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating treatment plans.

Key responsibilities:

- Examine patients and perform comprehensive examinations

- Compile patient medical data, including health history and examination results

- Interpret and integrate data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan

- Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients

- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and laboratory tests

- Perform approved therapeutic or diagnostic procedures

- Formulate and implement treatment plans

- Prescribe or recommend drugs or other forms of treatment

- Document patient information in medical records

Requirements:

- Successful completion of national certification as a nurse practitioner/physician assistant

- License/certification as required by the State of Utah

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
