## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions. The successful candidate will own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside the standard multi-tenant SaaS, including Grafana Federal Cloud and Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC).

The mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organisations that can't use standard SaaS due to compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. The role involves adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features to include or exclude, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud.

Key responsibilities include:

- Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products

- Owning positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products

- Partnering with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments

- Working directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals

- Collaborating with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting authorisation or existing customer commitments

Requirements include:

- 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product

- Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model

- Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools

- Clear product and go-to-market judgment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The base compensation range for this role in the UK is GBP 117,949 - GBP 141,539.
