## Description

As a 2027 Business Banking Degree Apprenticeship Programme participant in Manchester, you'll play a vital role in the retail banking division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Executing small research projects and preparing presentations and reports to communicate research findings

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing the deployment and launch of new products and services for retail banking

- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support to clients and customers

- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies to support decision-making for retail banking

- Training and mentoring junior colleagues

As an Analyst, you'll be expected to:

- Meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through operational excellence and customer service

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard

- Execute work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on the work of team members

- Identify escalation of policy breaches as required

- Take responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks

- Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to

- Gain and maintain an understanding of your role, the team's objectives, and the work of other teams within the function
