## Description

Joining this team means that you will become part of the nearshore SEO team, which is part of the EMEA SEO team that spans a number of offices across Europe.

You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences

- Guide and educate other SEO consultants that assist you in carrying out the strategies and roadmaps you develop for your clients

- Perform foundational analyses like keyword researches, technical scans and backlink audits when the situation requires this

- Independently take part in new business pitches and other one-off client projects

- Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for how to improve

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly

**What We Are Looking For**

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

- At least 3 years of experience working in SEO

- Very strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimisation

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders

- Strategic autonomy to effectively manage priorities, make sound decisions, and proactively drive results within a flexible, hybrid setting

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
